When creating a milyon Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension without prior notice.

You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. milyon will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

milyon reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, Account closure.
milyon accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash deposits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are reflected in the player's milyon wallet balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business hours to process depending on the originating bank's transaction schedule.
Withdrawal requests are processed by milyon upon successful completion of KYC verification. Processing times are typically five to thirty minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. milyon reserves the right to conduct additional review of any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.
milyon holds Player Funds in accounts that are segregated from the company's operational funds. In the event of insolvency, player funds are protected to the extent permitted under applicable law and regulatory requirements.
All transactions, balances, and displays on the milyon Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). International payment processing fees, if any, are borne by the player.
milyon does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers (GCash, BDO, etc.) may apply their own transaction limits or convenience charges independent of milyon. Please check your payment provider's current terms.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered milyon players unless specifically stated otherwise. milyon reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on geographic location, payment method used, or player history.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and validity period are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
Any attempt to exploit milyon's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, employing low-risk wagering strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — constitutes bonus abuse. milyon reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonus abuse, and permanently close the Accounts of players found to have engaged in such conduct.
milyon reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time at its sole discretion. Where possible, advance notice will be provided via the Platform.

In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and a game's specific rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a wager, milyon reserves the right to void the relevant round and return all wagers placed for that round. milyon's decision in such matters is final.

milyon's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of the Player Funds held in your milyon Account at the time the claim arises.
Gambling involves risk. Winning is not guaranteed. milyon does not represent or warrant that you will achieve any particular result from playing on the Platform. Play responsibly and only with funds you can afford to lose.
milyon reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time without prior notice if milyon has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable law, or that continued Account operation poses a risk to milyon, other players, or third parties.
You may request closure of your milyon Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining Player Funds (net of any Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method, subject to successful KYC verification.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through milyon's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or wager settlement, you must first submit a formal complaint to milyon's customer support team. milyon will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within seven (7) business days.
milyon reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory direction, or to address security concerns.
Your continued use of the milyon Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
